ORDERING & PRODUCTION

Why does my order take 4-6 days to ship?

Each Sekkle piece is made to order after you place it. We don't mass-produce or hold inventory—this is intentional. It allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and honor the craft behind every piece.

Production takes 4-6 business days, then your order ships. You'll see estimated delivery dates on each product page and at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast to get your order into production. Once it's placed, we can't make changes. We may be able to cancel within 1-2 hours if you catch us early—email info@sekkle.com immediately if you need to try.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Sekkle ships worldwide.

All customs duties, import fees, and taxes are your responsibility. Rates vary by country.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 2+ weeks after the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@sekkle.com. We'll cover the cost of a replacement.

Damaged on arrival: Send a photo of the damage to info@sekkle.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Note: All returns are inspected. We reserve the right to deny claims for damage that occurred after delivery.

Delivered but you didn't receive it: If tracking says "delivered" but you don't have it, check with your local post office first. We can't reship orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping on all US and Canada orders over US$100.

Where's my tracking info?
Tracking emails go out as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to show updates. International tracking may take a few days to populate—that's normal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

Because every Sekkle piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns for refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases.
We DO accept returns for:
  • Damaged items
  • Defective/misprinted items
  • Wrong item sent
Contact us at info@sekkle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the issue is our fault, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Before you order: Double-check sizing, colors, and designs carefully. All sales are final once production begins.

Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges right now. If you need a different size or color, you'll need to return the original and place a new order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If the carrier can still deliver it, you're good. If they can't and the package gets returned to us, we'll contact you. You'll need to confirm the correct address and cover the cost of reshipping within 7 days.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I wash my Sekkle pieces?

T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts:
  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colors
  • No bleach, no fabric softener
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry (hang dry is better)
  • If ironing, do it inside-out on low heat—avoid the print

Embroidered pieces (hats, embroidered tees):
  • Hand wash is best for caps—use mild detergent and lukewarm water
  • For embroidered apparel: machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on cool
  • Iron inside-out between two pieces of cloth if needed

All-over print pieces:
  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • No bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Can't be dry-cleaned

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?
That smell comes from the fixation agent (pre-treatment) used in the printing process. It helps the ink bond to the fabric—without it, the design would flake off.

It's not permanent. One wash and it's gone.

You might also notice a slight off-white residue on dark garments. Same thing—it washes out completely.

How should I clean my hats?
Hand wash only. Use mild detergent and lukewarm water. Air dry.

Don't put caps in the washing machine—it'll mess up the shape and embroidery.
